Located in Plouha, on the Goëlo coast in the Côtes-d’Armor region of Brittany, Mamie Cocotte is a charming 65 m² holiday cottage, fully renovated in 2022, accommodating up to 4 guests.

Situated approximately 850 metres from Plouha’s town centre, it offers a convenient base for exploring the Breton coastline while enjoying a comfortable and flexible interior.

A comfortable and flexible cottage for 4 guests

The ground floor features a welcoming living area with dining space, lounge corner, wood-burning stove and internet access. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped for independent living: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee makers and kettle — everything you need to cook just like at home.

A utility area with washing machine, ironing facilities and WC completes this level.

Upstairs, a spacious and adaptable bedroom accommodates up to 4 guests thanks to flexible sleeping arrangements:

– 1 king-size bed (180×200 cm), which can be separated into two single beds
– 2 single beds that can be joined to form a double

The shower room is particularly bright thanks to a large skylight overlooking the field behind the house. It includes a 90×90 cm shower, vanity unit with storage, WC and heated towel rail.

Mamie Cocotte takes its name from my maternal grandmother’s affectionate nickname — she used to raise chickens. A subtle tribute to the spirit of a welcoming family home that we wanted to preserve: simple, warm and authentic.

At the rear: a terrace and small private garden, perfect for outdoor meals.
On the side: a second private garden and a dedicated parking space.

Outdoor furniture, deck chairs and a barbecue are available during the warmer months.
