We only collect Personal Data that is adequate and limited to what is necessary for the purposes defined below.

In general, you can visit the tatiemamie.fr site without disclosing any personal information about yourself. In any case, you are under no obligation to pass on this information. However, if you refuse, you may not be able to benefit from certain information or services.

We only process Personal Data that you send us either directly (through the contact form, by email, post or telephone) or indirectly when you go through a booking platform (we invite you to read their own personal data protection policy).

The Personal Data collected and processed are:

  • Surname, first name, postal address, email address, telephone number, if applicable professional contact details, names of the persons accommodated
  • Concerning minors: surname, first name, date of birth through an adult
  • Information on payment methods
  • Certificate of resort insurance
  • Choice or preferences to compose a stay (e.g. dates of stay)
  • Any other information communicated spontaneously if its content is relevant and proportionate to the purpose of processing
  • For tourists of foreign nationality, including for European Union nationals: the individual police form, written in French and English containing the following Personal Data: surname and first names; date and place of birth; nationality; habitual residence; mobile phone number and email address; dates of arrival at the establishment and expected departure. Children under the age of 15 may be listed on the police card of an accompanying adult.

This information is necessary for the conclusion of the seasonal rental contract in case of booking a stay. Failing to provide us with this information, we will not be able to rent you a cottage.

The provision of the information contained in the individual police file is required by the regulations in force.

We also collect and use aggregated data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. The aggregated data may come from your personal information but is not covered by the law as this data does not directly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your usage data to calculate the percentage of users who access a specific feature of the site.

Retention of your Personal Data

The data are kept for a period adapted to the purposes of the processing and in accordance with the legislation and regulations in force.

Customer data is kept during the contractual relationship, and may be kept for ten years after the termination of the contractual relationship to comply with accounting and tax obligations or in case of litigation.

The data of prospective natural persons may be kept for up to three years after the last contact from the prospect.

The individual police file is kept 6 months after the end of the stay and transmitted to the police or gendarmerie services only at their request.

Aggregated statistical data are deleted after one year.

Security of your Personal Data

We implement organizational, technical, software and physical digital security measures to protect Personal Data against alteration, destruction and unauthorized access. However, it should be noted that the Internet is not a completely secure environment and the site cannot guarantee the security of the transmission or storage of information on the Internet.
