Rental conditions
Availability: Open year-round.
Minimum stay:
- 1 night outside French Easter holidays and high season
- 3 nights during French Easter holidays and high season
Check-in time: Between 4 PM and 9 PM.
Check-out time: Before 11 AM.
Booking requirements:
- Signing a seasonal rental agreement.
- Providing a mandatory holiday rental insurance certificate.
Security deposit: The amount specified in the contract must be paid before entering the property.

Tourist tax
In accordance with the regulations of the municipality of Plouha for a 3-star furnished holiday rental: €1.54 per adult, per night (€1.40 + 10% departmental surcharge).
A deposit is required and must be paid prior to entering the accommodation.
