Rental conditions
Availability: Open year-round.
Minimum stay:
- 2 nights outside the high season.
- 7 nights during the high season (Saturday to Saturday).
Check-in time: Between 6 PM and 8 PM.
Check-out time: Before 10 AM.
Booking requirements:
- Signing a seasonal rental agreement.
- Providing a mandatory holiday rental insurance certificate.
Security deposit: The amount specified in the contract must be paid before entering the property.

Rates
High Season (July 4 – August 29, 2025): Weekly rentals only, from Saturday to Saturday, at a rate of €2520/week.

Discount outside high season: 10% discount on the listed rate for 2 consecutive weeks. Discount for multiple-week rentals: please contact us.

Tourist tax
In accordance with the regulations of the municipality of Plouha: 5% of the nightly rate per person, capped at €4.,40 per adult per night + 10% departmental surcharge.
A deposit is required and must be paid prior to entering the accommodation.
