Rental conditions
Availability: Open year-round.
Minimum stay:
- 2 nights outside the high season.
- 7 nights during the high season (Saturday to Saturday).
Check-in time: Between 4 PM and 8 PM.
Check-out time: Before 11 AM.
Booking requirements:
- Signing a seasonal rental agreement.
- Providing a mandatory holiday rental insurance certificate.
Security deposit: The amount specified in the contract must be paid before entering the property.

Rates
High Season (July 4 – August 29): Weekly rentals only, from Saturday to Saturday, at a rate of €999/week.
Outside High Season: Rates vary depending on the period and days.

Tourist tax
In accordance with the regulations of the municipality of Plouha for a 3-star furnished holiday rental: €1.54 per adult, per night (€1.40 + 10% departmental surcharge).
A deposit is required and must be paid prior to entering the accommodation.
